Participated in the compilation of Urban Development Investment and Financing Planning Practice, Infrastructure Market-oriented Investment and Financing Practice, Urban Infrastructure Investment and Financing Market-oriented Reform, Garbage Treatment PPP China Practice, Dayue Essays on Urbanization and PPP,, China PPP Demonstration Project Report, On Chinese PPP and other books, and published dozen of authored articles in China Construction News, China Investment, The Economic Observer and other mainstream media. Invited to provide training for the Ministry of Finance, the Department of Finance of Guangdong Province, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Guangdong Province, the Department of Finance of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Department of Finance of Yunnan Province, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Yunnan Province, the Department of Finance of Hainan Province and other provincial departments and local governments, financial institutions, enterprises and institutions, and served as the head of the special research project of the PPP Center of the Ministry of Finance.

Led the team to complete hundreds of infrastructure and urban development projects, such as the renewable energy power generation PPP project of Haidian District Circular Industrial Park in Beijing, the PPP project of Hohhot Metro Line 2, the PPP project of Ankang Airport Relocation Project, and the Haikou integrated sanitation PPP project; experienced in project types e.g. operating sewage treatment, waste incineration, rail transit, river basin regulation, integrated pipe gallery, and new area (park) development.
